A MULTIDIMENSIONAL 100% CORVINA

Corte Cariano, our first Single-Varietal wine, an unusual expression of Corvina Veronese in its purity. Dark ruby red, on the nose it expresses rich and fruity notes, enriched with spicy hints of vanilla, black pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is rich and delicate at the same time, smooth and balanced. A certain freshness in fact outlines the trait up to a closure of impeccable persistence.

OUR FOOD TIPS?

It is ideal with savoury velvety and creamy soups, with mushroom or truffle-based first courses, fresh pasta dishes and red meats with a strong flavour.
