OUR SIGNATURE WHITE WINE
Carianum is our most appreciated white wine, it comes from Garganega grapes from our Custoza vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hands in October, in over-ripening, to create a greater concentration of sugars, thanks to the development of the noble rot. The nose offers intense aromas of tropical fruit and white and cedar flowers, with hints of thyme and sage. On the palate, the sip is soft, round and enveloping, while remaining fresh. Persistent, elegant and harmonious finish.
OUR BEST PAIRINGS?
Carianum goes wonderfully with very tasty Nordic fish dishes, salmon baked in foil, schrimps, asparagus risotto. Try it with blue cheese.
